MEET CHEF MARK EAKES
Mark graduated from Ms University for Women in 2008 with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has extensive experience in restaurant managment as well as his attention to detail as a culinary chef. We are excitied about the cuisine Chef Mark is serving our guests and look forward to serving you here at Quail Ridge Conference Center and Lodge.
DINNER
Guest staying at Quail Ridge always enjoy the delicious meals prepared by our helpful staff. Steaks are grilled to perfection in the grill area, just off the kitchen. If steak isn't to your taste, we have many other main courses to choose. One of our signature items on our menu is the grilled lamb chops, a favorite among many of our guests.
DESSERT
A Southern dinner just wouldn't be complete without a bite of something sweet. Gourmet desserts are served with each dinner. Try a warm slice of pecan pie with vanilla ice cream on the side, a southern tradition. Other confections are made available to snack on during your stay.
LOUNGE
Just off the great room, guests can relax and enjoy an evening brandy or cigar or just spend time with friends watching the game.
